Adam Zolkover is currently a Ph.D. student in Folklore and American Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington. His research interests include folk narrative and the history of folklore as a discipline, as well as questions of race, gender, and social justice. His dissertation, still very much a work in progress, combines these various strands, addressing post-bellum, nineteenth century collections of African American folk narrative. |
